As a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP), I bring more than 30 years of experience helping organizations identify, evaluate, and control workplace health and safety hazards.
As President of Delfino Health & Safety, LLC, I provide practical, hands-on industrial hygiene and safety consulting, including occupational exposure monitoring, indoor air quality assessments, OSHA compliance evaluations, employee training, and development of health and safety programs. I work with companies that need experienced EH&S support without necessarily needing a full time EH&S staff person.
My experience spans steel manufacturing, oil and gas, chemical manufacturing, power generation, healthcare, construction, and general industry.
My approach is straightforward: understand the operation, identify the risks, and provide practical solutions that protect employees, support OSHA compliance, and work in the real world.
